Hanging Shoe Holder (Herb Garden?)

Plastic hanging shoe holder in good condition,no tears or holes. I've seen these things used as a vertical planter for a herb garden so you may want to use it for that. I used it to hold toiletries as there was no way it was going to cope with my size 12 shoes, and it worked well.
