Wooden dining chairs - broken

I have two wooden chairs that are broken, but all of the parts are there. Just thought someone much smarter and more talented (and if it gets the 'sale', better looking too!) than me might be able to take them off my hands, fix them and use them!
One chair is a 'head of the table' chair with arms, one of the arms has snapped where it attaches to the seat and the spindles in the back may need to be re-secured. The spindles in the back of the second chair have come completely apart and there has been some snappage. But if you're after a project, these chairs have done us well for 20 years.
